Nova Vital IOP Shreveport is a Joint Commission accredited treatment program located at 3007 Knight St Suite 300B, Shreveport, LA 71105. Our Shreveport outpatient IOP is dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders while maintaining daily responsibilities.
Our intensive outpatient program provides structured addiction treatment with flexible scheduling designed to support work, school, family life, and ongoing recovery goals. Clients receive personalized treatment planning, group therapy, individual counseling, family involvement, and holistic recovery support in a safe and supportive environment.
Nova Vital IOP Shreveport provides care for individuals struggling with alcohol addiction, opioid addiction, stimulant use, cannabis use, benzodiazepine dependency, depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our team creates individualized treatment plans focused on emotional wellness, personal growth, and long-term recovery support.
Treatment services may include cognitive behavioral therapy, relapse prevention planning, mindfulness practices, recovery education, and life skills development. As clients continue through recovery, our team helps support ongoing progress through aftercare planning and continued recovery guidance.
