Nova Vital Recovery is proud to hold accreditation from The Joint Commission and to have earned the Gold Seal of Approval for quality care and patient safety. This recognition reflects our continued commitment to providing compassionate addiction treatment, structured clinical support, and high standards of care for every individual and family we serve.
The Joint Commission is an independent organization that evaluates healthcare providers across the United States. Its mission is to improve healthcare quality and patient safety through comprehensive accreditation standards and ongoing performance evaluations.
To earn and maintain The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, treatment centers must complete detailed on-site evaluations at least every three years. During these reviews, surveyors assess important areas related to patient care, safety, treatment standards, infection control, patient rights, and overall clinical performance.
These standards help ensure healthcare organizations continue providing safe, effective, and high-quality care. At Nova Vital Recovery, we remain committed to maintaining these standards while continuously improving the treatment experience for our clients.
At Nova Vital Recovery, we value open communication, patient safety, and accountability. We encourage clients, families, and visitors to share any concerns related to care, treatment, or safety directly with our management team so we can address issues quickly and appropriately.
If a concern cannot be resolved directly through our facility, individuals may also contact The Joint Commission.
