Nova Vital IOP Monroe is a Joint Commission accredited treatment program located at 701 Bres Ave, Monroe, LA 71201. Our Monroe outpatient IOP is dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders while maintaining daily responsibilities.
Our intensive outpatient program provides structured addiction treatment with flexible scheduling designed to support work, school, family life, and ongoing recovery goals. Clients receive transportation assistance, personalized treatment planning, group therapy, individual counseling, family involvement, and holistic recovery support in a safe and supportive environment.
Nova Vital IOP Monroe provides care for individuals struggling with alcohol addiction, opioid addiction, stimulant use, cannabis use, benzodiazepine dependency, depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our team creates individualized treatment plans focused on long-term healing, emotional wellness, and continued recovery support.
Treatment services may include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention planning, life skills development, and ongoing recovery education. As clients prepare for the next stage of recovery, our discharge planning process may include aftercare recommendations, sober living referrals, medical coordination, and continued relapse prevention support.
